GLASS IN THE GARDEN

Ever since I can remember I have always loved glass. The colour, the texture and the way glass reflects and radiates light has intrigued and charmed me. On a trip to Kansas I noticed a beautiful glass plate flower in a garden and decided upon my return home that I wanted to make one for my own garden. After the first one came a second and a third and I was hooked. Combining my love of glass with a love of thrifting was the perfect marriage to create my company. For the most part I use only beautiful vintage and antique glass to create sun catching pieces of art for the garden. Glass plate flowers that reflect the sun, uniquely beautiful bird feeders, straight line suncatchers for indoors or out, wind chimes and beaded glass plant stakes. Each of these are designed and hand made using the highest quality materials and hardware in an effort to create the heirlooms of the future from the heirlooms of the past in a novel and exciting new form.
